Return Process

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items back in their original manufacturer packaging with all protective inserts to ensure the products arrive back at our warehouse safely.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
